PLEASE ARRIVE at 2.45pm (no later) TO HELP SET UP YOUR COURT. Players now only have to setup one court then they can start warming up at 3pm. No packing up required.

FORMAT: This is social play. First time players may join this group after they have attended learn to play lesson just before the session. Experienced players will be expected to offer guidance to the new players. If you do not like playing with new beginner players, do not rsvp.

RSVP: essential and if you have a change of plans, please remove yourself from the list and click NO or Gayle will get really cranky.

When you rsvp, check whether your rsvp says GOING (green circle) or WAITING (orange circle). Waiting means you are on the waiting list and you need to keep an eye out if you make it to the playing list.

CONFIRMATION: is sent the day before via the app and is your opportunity to remove yourself from the list. Anyone on the list at 10am on the day of the session will have to pay the $10 fee even if they do not play.

PAYMENT: Payment to be prepaid before the session.

We ask all players help with the packing up of the nets and removing tape from courts after the session 😉. Please do not leave before 4.30pm to keep four on a court.
