Gayle is happy to add you to the group manually. Send her a txt with your email address. You will receive a confirmation email from Stack Team App. Click the link in the email and create a Stack Team account.
All our sessions are booked via this website or the app. Here is how to sign up on a phone or laptop yourself:
1. Click the SIGN UP button top right of your screen, to first create a STACK TEAM APP account. This has nothing to do with our group access
2. Next click FIND YOUR TEAM / CLUB
3. Enter GOLD COAST NORTH PICKLEBALL
4. Click GOLD COAST NORTH PICKLEBALL icon
5. Click +JOIN
6. Click GOLD COAST NORTH PICKLEBALL ACCESS
7. Complete the member form then click send. It is not compulsory to give your date of birth or address. Suburb is helpful for our statistics
Your application has been received awaiting approval. Please allow up to 12 hours for approval.

Once approved you can add a profile photo, and make changes to your contact details.
1. Click the cog icon
2. Click Personal Details
3. Click the pencil icon to edit details
4. Click the photo icon and select your profile photo
5. Keep notifications on if you wish to be kept in the loop (pretty please do this)
6. Click save

HOW TO RSVP TO SESSIONS
1. Firstly change the session view from calendar to list view. Open the session to read the description so you know exactly what you are signing up for
2.Click the session you want to attend to open the session screen and to read the full description
3. You MUST click Yes to rsvp or you are not counted as coming. This can be confusing for some people
4. You are taken to the confirmation screen where you can select how many people you are bringing. Choose zero if it is just you then click save
5. You will now see a green circle around the word Yes. If you do not see the green circle repeat the steps above
6. When you go back to the main sessions screen you will see the word GOING in green
7. If the session is full, you will see WAITING. This means you are on the waiting list if someone cancels. Please do not attend if you are on the waiting list
8. You are now on the list or waiting list. You will receive a txt the day before asking you to confirm you are still coming. Please do not ignore this txt as failure not to reply means your spot will be offered to someone else
*If you need to change your rsvp click No. You can click Yes again and add people to your rsvp if you had not done so before.
